<p><strong>Nicolai Tand este unul dintre cei mai carismatici bucatari din Romania. In prezent, telespectaorii il pot urmari dimineata la emisiunea Neatza cu Razvan si Dani de la Antena 1. Indragitul chef a prezentat reteta lui de friptura de porc.</strong></p>



<p>Nicolai Tand are o poveste de viata ca-n filme, dar marea lui dragoste este gatitul. In articolul de astazi, celebrul chef le prezinta gospodinelor o reteta de friptura pentru masa de Craciun si de Revelion.</p>



<p><strong>Ingrediente friptura Nicolai Tand:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>1 bucata mare de piept de porc (porchetta)</li><li>1 legatura de marat proaspat</li><li>1 legatura de salvie proaspata</li><li>1 legatura de patrunjel proaspat</li><li>1 legatura de cimbru proaspat</li><li>150 ml vin de Porto</li><li>Ulei</li><li>Sare</li><li>Piper</li></ul>



<p><strong>Mod de preparare friptura a la Nicolai Tand:</strong></p>



<p>In prima faza, se condimenteaza pieptul de porc bine cu sare si piper. Se stropeste cu vin de Porto. Se lasa deoparte pentru ca aromele vinului, sarea si piperul sa patrunda in carne. Intre timp, verdeata se spala bine si se pune intr-un blender. Se adauga putin ulei de masline &#8211; aproximativ o lingurita &#8211; si se paseaza totul. Carnea se unge bine cu aceasta pasta de verdeturi, se ruleaza strans si se leaga temeinic cu sfoara alimentara.</p>



<p>Se lasa putin la marinat &#8211; aproximativ 30 de minute &#8211; apoi se imbraca in folie de aluminiu. Se pune la gatit, in cuptor, la foc potrivit, timp de aproximativ 3 ore. La final, se desface folia si se mai lasa sa capete o crusta rumena, apoi se scoate si se lasa la odihnit. Se portioneaza si se serveste cu garnitura preferata.</p>
